When preparing a loved one’s estate, an important step is finding a real estate professional who will advocate for you and your family. Emily is an elder services advocate whose mission is to take the guesswork out of navigating real estate transactions for seniors and their family members.
Born and raised in Sonoma County, Emily is one of the area’s Senior Real Estate Specialists, holding an SRES certification. She has experience in taxation and legal matters related to downsizing and catering to elder real estate needs. Emily is an agent in Sonoma County who works with adult children, assisting them and their aging parents with their real estate needs. Emily became a full-time real estate agent in 2021, but her real estate career began many years earlier. She worked as an assistant to a Real Estate Appraiser in the early 1990s and was ecstatic to return to a field she loved so much where she's able to advocate for her clients’ specific needs.
Leading with integrity and empathy, Emily understands how challenging it can be to navigate the intricacies of downsizing, especially when trying to assist family members with a new life stage. Whether downsizing to an assisted living facility or moving out of state, Emily provides her clients with unparalleled support and substantial resources to guide them through this process. By exercising complete transparency and keeping the lines of communication open, she takes the guesswork out of senior real estate services. Emily primarily works in Petaluma, Sebastopol, Windsor, Healdsburg, and the surrounding areas of Sonoma County.
Beyond building a thriving real estate career and advocating for her clients, Emily and her family enjoy a wonderful life in Sonoma County. A lifelong resident of the area, Emily lives in Windsor with her husband Pete, their daughter Avery, and their dogs Frankie and Wilma. Emily volunteers for the local high school and at local community events. She can be found attending Avery’s Hunter Jumper shows at Brookside or Rancho Murietta when possible. In the rare moments when Emily has spare time, you can find her cycling through the countryside, hiking, gardening, and enjoying family life in wine country.
