About Carol Lexa

By its very nature, a real estate transaction is a complex tactical, managerial and emotional process requiring a calm, determined and experienced guide. Carol brings forward that steady leadership with heart and soul, dedicated to paying attention to her clients’ needs first; providing local market insights, perspective on a variety of potential issues, knowledge of the various players, honed negotiation skills, and consistent communication. Referrals, new friends, and returning clients alike appreciate her attention to detail and ability to navigate challenges while keeping the focus where it counts for success.

Carol is a life-long Northern Californian and 35 year resident of the Wine Country.  Looking to learn as much as she could about the emerging wine and food scene, Carol entered the world of wine sales and distribution when women were first welcomed in the 1980s.  In 1998, as Healdsburg was beginning to sparkle, Carol dove into real estate, joining a Healdsburg-based boutique brokerage specializing in vineyard and winery properties. Twenty years on, Carol is aligned with Compass Real Estate, offering her clients depth of personal experience with a professional approach for market research, innovative marketing, and technological resources.
