And she helped to craft a compelling bid (not the highest price but the winning bid) and we closed in February 2015. Carol made our dreams come true. My husband loves all the amenities available in Healdsburg; my kids love riding their bikes to the library and to the Plaza for gelato, or spending a day splashing in the river, searching for rocks on the beach, and I love our friendly neighbors. We feel that we owe it all to Carol because Healdsburg wasn't even on our radar. She really listened and understood our needs and she knew the area so well that she could guide us to the right place, the right home. We have never had such a wonderful agent.


We were selling our commercial property, a B and B in Murphys in the Gold Country, and on our way up to meet you in Occidental we received news that the buyer of the inn was backing out and we were devastated. We met you at the Union Hotel and with your help and guidance we were able to bring our buyer back on board. Your calm demeanor helped to soothe over a very distressing time. We then proceeded on to look at this house and realized that we would have to make an offer quickly or we would lose out on the house, as there was a potential backup offer in the wings.
