By its very nature, a real estate transaction is a complex tactical, managerial and emotional process requiring a calm, determined and experienced guide. Carol is a life-long Northern Californian and 35 year resident of the Wine Country.  Looking to learn as much as she could about the emerging wine and food scene, Carol entered the world of wine sales and distribution when women were first welcomed in the 1980s.  In 1998, as Healdsburg was beginning to sparkle, Carol dove into real estate, joining a Healdsburg-based boutique brokerage specializing in vineyard and winery properties. Twenty years on, Carol is aligned with Compass Real Estate, offering her clients depth of personal experience with a professional approach for market research, innovative marketing, and technological resources.
