Sonoma County Market Statistics

As one can see from the graphs, Sonoma County experienced very low housing availability over the course of 2023.  That lack of listings in combination with the bump in rates meant a slow year, but not a major reduction in prices.  The easing of interest rates have buoyed optimism, even in the depths of winter, and well priced properties are receiving offers.  It will be interesting to see how 2024 shapes up!
